1. TVDamage: fixed a bug that causes render errors when using Turn Off and Fisheye together.
2. Glare: fixed a problem where reducing Glare Res makes the glare dimmer.
3. A problem with GlowAura on flat colors is fixed
4. A problem with FlickerRemove's rectangle dimensions is fixed.
5. A problem with WarpVortex's center point is fixed.
6. A problem with color shifting in Quantel is fixed.
