MediaBoxStudios PrimitiveSketch v1.07 R13 Win/ Mac
We are proud to introduce a plugin for Cinema 4D that will speed up your workflow and make modeling in Cinema 4D more fun. Instead of always creating your primitives at the center of the world Primitive Sketch allows you to interactively draw out your primitives in your viewports, where you want them, to the size you want them. The Basic version is free of charge and allows you to draw in the viewports on the home grids, but for only $5 you can have the ability to draw your primitives interactively on other objects and construction planes. This is where the time savings really comes in. No more moving and rotating your objects into position just so you can start modeling.
Updates in 1.07:
R13 works now You can now have mutliple tool windows open without crashing (in R13) Japanese Language Support (Thanks to Mr Fuji)
Updates in 1.04:
French Language Support (Thanks to Mr Lamgouni and Munchou) German Language Support (Thanks to Cyres) Bug fixes Draw on Objects is on by default in the Paid version
New Features in 1.02:
Default Resolution Type Draw Custom Objects Draw Construction Grids
Instructions Click and drag in the viewport to create the object, then just move your mouse and click until the object is fully created. Some objects have 1 step, some have as many as 3 steps.
Construction planes are only recognized if they are on the top level of the object manager, meaning they aren't children of any other objects.
Installation Unzip and place in your Cinema 4D/plugins directory and restart Cinema The tool will appear in your top menu bar under Python > Plugins. I suggest adding it to a toolbar for easy access.
