Chapter Contents: Modeling (02:56:17) In this video tutorial series you will learn everything you need to build organic subdivision character models. Lke the previous tutorial, this video starts you from scratch, with little more than a box, and some reference images, and takes you step by step through the process of building your character object. You will learn where to find great reference and even how to use it. You may be surprised at some of the tools and their uses and getting the results you seek! In part 01, you will start with the contruction of the character’s head. As the series continues you will go through creation of the body, techniques to get stylized results, and even adding a costume to your character. You will learn even more new ways to cut detail into a model while keeping your simplicity. You will see some new uses of different tools which can be used to turn a simple primitive into a complex organic shape. Most of all, you will learn how to do this so that it is fast and easy!
